We'd like to think you should never have to, but if you wish to make a complaint, we take all complaints very seriously. We understand that the customer is at the forefront of our business. We aim to maintain a good working relationship with our customers and will go beyond our means to resolve any issues they may have.

How to make a complaint

If you feel that you would like to complain about any service or product that you have received from Easy Assessment Enterprises Ltd, please contact us using one of the following methods:

We recommend you discuss the matter with our customer support team first, and they will review your complaint with a member of our management team.

Our complaints handling process

Step 1 – Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 3 business days, providing you with a reference number.

Step 2 – Investigation: We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. We will keep you informed of progress. For complex complaints, we may require up to 35 business days.

Step 3 – Final Response: We will issue a final response in writing explaining our findings, any action taken, and your right to escalate the matter.

If you are not satisfied

If we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, or if you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (free of charge) within 6 months of our final response.
